	VISAV Features:- Vis-à-Vis: Face to face training, at all levels We are one of the only dedicated SME website training providers in the country, we take our product and your requirements very seriously and have trained hundreds of companies not only to use the VISAV product but a range of introductory internet and computer skills. Training you and your staff to use the VISAV product to maintain your own website releases you from the shackles and uncertainty normally associated with running a website. From now on you do not have to be held to a ransom when you require a small change to your site, you are not at the mercy of a web design company who “own” your site and its code. You do not have to understand HTML code, FTP protocol or any such jargon. Simple, basic but effective training enables you to take control of your costs as well as your website and adds value and skills to your workforce. Our main training centre is within the superb Mercury House, the NBV centre for ICT, E-commerce and Entrepreneurship, this facility is in Nottingham although we have alternative locations around the UK. We train all levels from absolute computer novice to seasoned expert. Often the training we provide is advantageous in many other ways back at work and the whole exercise is beneficial. The training is provided in a one on one environment (not a classroom with lots of students), up to three members of staff can attend for unlimited* training. Sessions are split into easy 2-3 hour sessions, a fully illustrated manual is provided as well as a training video, all for a subsidised, nominal fee.
