Build an ecommerce web shop package
 The new VISAV Advanced web shop package is the accumulation of months of development work in conjunction with some of our largest clients.
We have taken all the best bits of the our old "standard" web shop and developed this Advanced e-commerce webshop solution.

The project was co-funded by Europa specialist spares Limited who also provided expert consultation throughout the development process. Europa where able to provide user prospective throughout this development, constantly refining the back office tools and functionality in order to make the advanced shop a simple to use, practical business tool.
 Complex elements such as vat and shipping charges on bulk orders and overseas shipments have been addressed. Rules to provide simple to use but flexible controls over delivery charges have been developed and the ability to add variations to every item in the shop where insisted upon. |

Further development consultancy was provided by aseveral other seasoned web-shop users. These clients assisted us during the development of a more flexible search facility and developing a simpler uploading process.

The Advanced web shop has several advantages over the standard shop we do and most of the e-commerce web shop packages available anywhere.
Multi-layer navigation: All the products in the shop are displayed within categories, which are displayed on the right hand margin of the shop. If a category has a sub category then it is either displayed underneath automatically or automatically pops-out when the mouse passes over it. If the sub-category has categories within it then these too show themselves automatically or when rolled over. This means that many hundreds of items can be displayed and easily browsed by visitors to the site.

| Search facility A search facility is available and if you choose to use it, then small thumbnail images are displayed for each result of a search. These thumbnails are automatically produced by the VISAV engine (not you) thus saving loads of time and effort in adding products but still providing an effective search results page. |

VISAV toolsThe Advanced secure web-shop package has many additional tools in order to make selling online easy and profitable:
- Add and edit product screens enable you to present each product in its best light, you can add several descriptions and various pictures for each item.
- Various views The simple item set-up system enables you to create a simple search result, a general description and an in-depth analysis of each product in your shop quickly and easily from one simple screen.
- VAT and carriage are all taken care of with simple preferance settings, set whether to display net or gross prices nd set individual carriage and packaging costs per item easily. You can also set general delivery cost rules to suit your own business (i.e. free delivery for orders over £200)
- CSV downloads At the touch of a button you can download a spreadsheet detailling all of your products and prices and one showing all of the orders you have taken.
- Standard tools The wel proven standard website management tools for content management, stats and the mailing list remain unchanged and still as simple to use as ever.
WorldPay integration, Our advanced shop package is fully approved by WorldPay and we are a WorldPay accredited partner. This means that we are able to handle the full integration of your site with your WorldPay payment system without you having to get involved. You will require a WorldPay account in order to run a VISAV advanced shop, this is for two main reasons: - The chance of success for your online shop will increase dramatically if you have a WorldPay approved site, the "Approved by WorldPay" logo gives your shoppers confidence to use your services and pay you over the internet.
- We do not store credit card numbers. Due to recent legislation, the storage of credit card numbers has become almost impossible to do legally and the repocussions of having this valuable, confidential information stolen from your site are devistating. In our shop package, WorldPay store the crucial card information and you simply see the best bit: the fact that the money is on its way to you.
