	14 Nov 2009: Email connection problem 14/11/2009 Throughout the evening of 13th November and the early hours of 14th November, Nottingham experienced heavy rainfall and areas of flooding. Due to this one of our two main connections to our secure server room was disconnected at 8:45am on 14th Nov. Thankfully, we installed a second connection earlier this year which is fibre Optic and served from an alternative exchange. Due to this ALL websites remained fully live and we are in the process of swapping the email servers onto the second line. Service has been resumed at 15:37 and all emails should start to send and receive over the next 20 minutes. No incomming email will have been lost by our clients as we use Mimecast email support. We apologise for this interruption, please be assured that we take this very seriously and the IT callout staff are onsite now rectifying the issue.
